PENGARUH TRANSFER OF TRAINING, MOTIVASI, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI THE EDELWEISS BOUTIQUE HOTEL KUTA

Abstract


ABSTRACT
This research attempts to determine the effects of transfer of training, motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously or staff performances. The of this research was conducted at The Edelweiss Boutique Hotel Kuta. All staff of The Edelweiss Boutique Hotel Kuta were as population of this research and used 48 staff as a sample. Some techniques data analysis are used in this research, those are Validity test, Reliability test, Classic assumption test, Multiple Linear Regression analysis, Partial Correlation analysis, Multiple Correlation analysis, Coefficient of Determination test, F-test, and T-test. The result of data showed that: (1) Transfer of training has significant positive effect of staff performances which obtained the value of T-Value 3,353 > value of T-Table 2,015 and has significance 0,002 < 0, 05. (2) Motivation has significant positive effect of staff performances which obtained the value of T-Value 2,205 > value T-Table 2,015 and has significance 0,033 <0, 05. (3) Work discipline has significant positive effect of staff performances which obtained the value of T-Value 2,870 > value T-Table 2,015 and has significance 0,006 < 0, 05. (4) simultaneously, transfer of training, motivation, and work discipline have significant effect of staff performances which are obtained the value of F-Value 17,812 > value F-table 2, 82 and has significance 0,000 < 0, 05. The huge effect of transfer of training, motivation, and work discipline to staff performance was 51, 8%.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transfer of training, motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. penelitian ini dilakukan di The Edelweiss Boutique Hotel Kuta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada The Edelweiss Boutique Hotel Kuta dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan The Edelweiss Boutique Hotel Kuta sebanyak 48 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Anaisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Korelasi Parsial, Analisis Korelasi Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji t. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa : (1) transfer of training berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan diperoleh nilai t-hitung 3,353 > nilai t-tabel 2,015 dan signifikansi 0,002< 0,05. (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,205 > nilai t-tabel 2,015 dan signifikansi 0,033 < 0,05. (3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,870 > nilai t-tabel 2,015 dan signifikansi 0,006 < 0,05. (4) secara simultan transfer of training, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai F-hitung 17,812 > nilai F-tabel 2,82 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh transfer of training, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 51,8%.
