 This study aims to determine the effect of performance and job training
simultaneously and partially to career development at Adhijaya hotel. Working achievement (X1)
gives positive and significant influence to employee career development (Y) at Adhijaya Hotel
Kuta - Bali. Training (X2) gives positive and significant influence on employee career
development (Y) at Adhijaya Hotel Kuta - Bali. The job performance (X1), and training (X2) have
a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee career development (Y) at
Adhijaya hote Kuta-Bali. This is evidenced by multiple regression analysis Y = 16,753 + 0,540X1 +
0,267X2. In addition, it is confirmed by the F test (F test) where F count is greater than in
table F, which means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Besides through multiple determination
analysis, work performance (X1), training (X2) contributed 38% to employee career development
(Y) at Adhijaya hotel. Process in developing employee careers, companies in addition must
provide a clear career path must also get complete and accurate information about employee
performance. Employee performance is required by the company to meet the requirements
specified in job specifications at the next level of its career. Based on the above description, it
can be seen that there is a relationship between work performance and employee career
development training at Adhijaya Hotel Kuta-Bali.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prestasi kerja dan pelatihan  secara
simultan dan parsial terhadap pengembangan karier di Adhijaya Hotel. Prestasi kerja (X1)
memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap pengembangan karier
karyawan (Y) di Adhijaya Hotel   Kuta – Bali. Pelatihan (X
) memberikan pengaruh positif dan
signifikan secara parsial terhadap pengembangan karier karyawan (Y) di Adhijaya Hotel Kuta –

Bali.Prestasi kerja (X1), dan pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan
terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan (Y) di  Adhijaya hotel  Kuta- Bali. Hal ini dibuktikan
melalui analisis regresi berganda Y = 16,753 + 0,540X

. Selain itu, dipertegas dengan
uji F (F – test) dimana F hitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan F tabel, yang berarti Ho ditolak

dan Ha diterima. Selain itu melalui analisis determinasi berganda, prestasi kerja (X1), pelatihan
(X2) memberikan kontribusi 38% terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan (Y) di Adhijaya hotel.
Dalam mengembangkaan karir karyawan, perusahaan selain harus menyediakan jalur-jalur karier
yang jelas juga harus memperoleh informasi yang lengkap dan akurat tentang prestasi kerja
karyawan. Prestasi kerja karyawan diperlukan perusahaan untuk memenuhi persyaratan yang
ditentukan dalam spesifikasi jabatan di jenjang berikut dari kariernya. Berdasarkan uraian di
atas, dapat terlihat bahwa adanya hubungan antara prestasi kerja dan pelatihan terhadap
pengembangan karier karyawan di Adhijaya Hotel Kuta-Bali.
