PENERAPAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DENGAN LESSON STUDY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIFITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran hidangan kesempatan khusus dan Fusion Food Kelas XII Program Keahlian tata boga SMK PGRI 3 Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Objek penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendidikan karakter dengan lesson study, aktifitas, dan hasil belajar siswa. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Tata Boga SMK PGRI 3 Denpasar yang berjumlah 46 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode tes, metode observasi, dan metode dekomentasi. Data yang didapatkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan telah terjadi peningkatan hasil evaluasi pada setiap siklus yang dapat dilihat dari peningkatan Persentase rerata skor aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar 14,8 % yaitu dari siklus I sebesar 72,6 % meningkat menjadi 87,4 % pada siklus II yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. Persentase rerata skor hasil belajar meningkat sebesar 2% yaitu dari siklus I sebesar 85,7 % meningkat menjadi 87,7% pada siklus II yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. Persentase Akomulasi rerata nilai skor aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat sebesar 8% yaitu dari siklus I sebesar 79,5 % meningkat menjadi 87,5 % pada siklus II yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. Ketuntasan klasikal Siswa meningkat sebesar 15,5% yaitu dari siklus I sebesar 84,7 % meningkat menjadi 100% pada siklus II yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. Jadi, penerapan pendidikan karakter dengan lesson study dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran hidangan kesempatan khusus dan Fusion Food Kelas XII Program Keahlian tata boga SMK PGRI 3 Denpasar

Abstract
This study aims to improve learning activities and student learning outcomes on special occasion dishes and Fusion Food in Class XII of the CateriAng Skills Program of SMK PGRI 3 Denpasar. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The object of this research is the application of character education with lesson study, activities, and student learning outcomes. The subjects of this research were 12th grade students of Catering in PGRI 3 Vocational High School in Denpasar, totaling 46 students. Data collected using the test method, observation method, and decomentation method. The data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study indicate that there has been an increase in the evaluation results in each cycle which can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of students' learning activity scores of 14.8%, from the first cycle of 72.6% to 87.4% in the second cycle in the category very good. The average percentage score of learning outcomes increased by 2%, from the first cycle of 85.7% increased to 87.7% in the second cycle which is in the very good category. Percentage of average value of learning activities and student learning outcomes increased by 8%, from the first cycle of 79.5% to 87.5% in the second cycle which is in the very good category.
