Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas XI JB 4 SMK Wira Harapan dalam mata pelajaran tata hidangan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis diskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explaining dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I rerata motivasi belajar siswa 66,417% sedangkan pada siklus II menjadi 88,85%. Dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan motivasi siswa sebesar 22,44%. Hasil belajar pada siklus I rerata ketuntasan belajar sebesar 77,54%, sedangkan pada siklus II 95,97%, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 18,43%. Pada Ketuntasan Klasikal siklus I mencapai persentase rerata 53,84% sedangkan pada siklus II mendapat skor 100%, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 46,16%. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi dan hasil belajar Tata Hidangan siswa kelas XI JB4 SMK Wira Harapan dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the increase in motivation and learning outcomes in class XI JB 4 of SMK Wira Harapan in the subject of food preparation using the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model. This research is a classroom action research. Data collection techniques using tests, observation and documentation. The sampling technique was random sampling. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model could improve student motivation and learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In the first cycle the average student learning motivation was 66.417%, while in the second cycle it was 88.85%. Thus there was an increase in student motivation by 22.44%. Learning outcomes in the first cycle the average completeness of learning was 77.54%, while in the second cycle was 95.97%, there was an increase of 18.43%. In cycle I Classical Completeness reached a mean percentage of 53.84% while in cycle II got a score of 100%, an increase of 46.16%. In this study it can be concluded that the motivation and learning outcomes of students in class XI JB4 of SMK Wira Harapan can be improved by using the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model.
