Abstract

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa melalui
penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction berbasis Blended Learning pada mata pelajaran
Pengolahan dan Penyajian Makanan kelas XI Tata Boga di SMK Restumuning. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah
jenis penelitian kualitatif penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menerapkan metode purposive sampling. Objek
penelitian adalah motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa siswa serta sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII
TB 1 SMK Restumuning. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan medel pembelajaran Problem Based
Instruction berbasis Blended Learning terjadi suasana menyenangkan sehingga hasil belajar meningkat, yaitu dari
motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa siklus I ke Siklus II terdapat peningkatan, pada siklus I jumlah persentase rerata
motivasi belajar siswa 79,98% sedangkan pada siklus II mendapatkan prersentase rerata 85,24%, terjadi
peningkatan sebesar 5,26%. Pada hasil belajar siswa siklus I mencapai persentase rerata 81,62% sedangkan pada
siklus II mencapai persentase rerata 86,86%, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 5,24%. Pada ketuntasan klasikal siklus I
mencapai persentase rerata 68,57% sedangkan pada siklus II mendapat skor 100%, terjadi peningkatan sebesar
31,43%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, bahwa motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas penelitian tindakan
kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction berbasis Blended Learning dapat
meningkatkan dalam mata pemlajaran Pengolahan dan Penyajian Makanan kelas XI Tata Boga 1 SMK
Restumuning.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student motivation and learning outcomes
through the application of the Problem Based Instruction learning model based on Blended Learning in the subject
of Food Processing and Serving Class XI Catering at SMK Restumuning. The research used is a qualitative
research type of classroom action research by applying purposive sampling method. The object of research is the
motivation and learning outcomes of students and the samples in this study were students of class XII TB 1 SMK
Restumuning. The results showed that with the Blended Learning-based Problem Based Instruction learning model
there was a pleasant atmosphere so that learning outcomes increased, namely from the motivation and learning
outcomes of students in cycle I to Cycle II there was an increase, in cycle I the average percentage of student
learning motivation was 79.98% while in the second cycle, the average percentage was 85.24%, an increase of
5.26%. In the first cycle student learning outcomes reached an average percentage of 81.62% while in the second
cycle it reached an average percentage of 86.86%, an increase of 5.24%. In the classical completeness cycle I
reached an average percentage of 68.57% while in the second cycle it got a score of 100%, an increase of 31.43%.
The conclusion of this study is that students' motivation and learning outcomes in classroom action research using
the Problem Based Instruction learning model based on Blended Learning can improve the subjects of Food
Processing and Serving Class XI Catering 1 SMK Restumuning.
