PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN TATA GRAHA DI SMK WIRA HARAPAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran tata graha, 2) penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran tata graha. Jenis penelitian ini adalah experimen dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini yaitu model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning, peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI akomodasi perhotelan (AP) 1 di SMK Wira Harapan yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan Pada pretest rerata motivasi yang diperoleh sebesar 115.41, sedangkan pada posttest diperoleh sebesar 120.14. Dari hasil pengukuran tersebut secara deskriptif terdapat peningkatan skor sebesar 4,63poin. Pada pretest rerata hasil belajar yang diperoleh sebesar 80.16 sedangkan pada posttest diperoleh sebesar 81.22. Dari hasil pengukuran tersebut secara deskriptif terdapat peningkatan skor sebesar 1,05poin. Hasil uji paired sample t-test yang membandingkan antara pretest -posstest hasil belajar menunjukkan signifikansi sebesar 0.024 < 0.05. Dan pada motivasi belajar menunjukkan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning pada saat dilakukan posttest eksperimen ini lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pada saat pretest dilakukan.

Abstract
This study aims to: 1) determine the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model in increasing student learning motivation in housekeeping subjects, 2) application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model in improving student learning outcomes in housekeeping subjects. This type of research is an experiment with quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The object of this research is the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model, increasing students' motivation and learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were students of class XI hospitality accommodation (AP) 1 at SMK Wira Harapan, totaling 37 students. The results of this study indicate that: there has been an increase in the average motivation obtained in the pretest of 115.41, while in the posttest the average motivation obtained is 120.14. From the results of these measurements descriptively there is an increase in the score of 4.63 points. In the pretest the average learning outcomes obtained were 80.16 while in the posttest the average learning outcomes obtained were 81.22. From the results of these measurements descriptively there is an increase in the score of 1.05 points.. The results of the paired sample t-test comparing the pretest-posttest learning outcomes showed a significance of 0.024 <0.05. And on learning motivation showed a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion of this study was that the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model at the time of the posttest experiment was higher than when the pretest was carried out.
