PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE SCRIPT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI SMK PARIWISATA HARAPAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan nilai post-test pada siswa kelas X JB SMK Pariwisata Harapan Denpasar dalam mata pelajaran boga dasar yang menggunakan model pembelajaran cooperative script dengan yang tidak menggunakan. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan rancangan penelitian quasi eksperimental design dan non-equivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) tidak terdapat perbedaan antara nilai pre-test pada siswa kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol, karena P-value (Sig. 2-tailed) = 0,691 yang lebih dari α = 0,05, 2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan nilai post-test pada siswa kelas kontrol, karena hasil uji-t pada kolom Sig.(2 tailed) = 0.000 yang kurang dari α = 0.05, 3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan nilai post-test pada siswa kelas eksperimen, karena hasil uji-t pada kolom Sig.(2 tailed) = 0.000 yang kurang dari α = 0.05, dan 4) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai post-test pada siswa kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol karena P-value (Sig. 2-tailed) = 0,000 yang kurang dari α = 0,05.

ABSTRACT
This study aim to determine the significant difference between the pre-test and post-test value in the students of class X JB SMK Pariwisata Harapan Denpasar in basic culinary subjects by using the cooperative script learning model and the class which is not using that model. The research is used a kind of quantitative experimental research by applying non-equivalent control group design that is included in quasi experimental design as a form of experimental design in this research. The results showed that 1) there is no difference between the pre-test value in the experimental class and control class, because P-value (Sig. 2-tailed) = 0.691 more than α = 0.05, 2) there is a significant difference Between the pre-test value and the post-test value in the control class students, because the t-test results in the Sig. (2 tailed) = 0,000 column that is less than α = 0.05, 3) there is a significant difference between the pre-test value and the value (2 tailed) = 0.000 less than α = 0.05, and 4) there is a significant difference between the post-test value of the experimental class and the control class because the P-value (Sig. 2-tailed) = 0,000 which is less than α = 0.05.
