PENINGKATAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PICTURE AND PICTURE DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TATA HIDANGAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas XI TB5 SMK PGRI 3 Denpasar dalam mata pelajaran tata hidangan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan model pembelajaran picture and picture dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I rerata keaktifan belajar siswa 48,97% sedangkan pada siklus II menjadi 96,26%. Dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan keaktifan siswa sebesar 47,29%. Hasil belajar pada siklus I rerata ketuntasan belajar sebesar 76,36%, sedangkan pada siklus II 89,31%, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 12,95%. Pada Ketuntasan Klasikal siklus I mencapai persentase rerata 61,36% sedangkan pada siklus II mendapat skor 100%, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 38,64%. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa keaktifan dan hasil belajar Tata Hidangan siswa kelas XI TB5 SMK PGRI 3 Denpasar dapat ditingkatkan denganmenggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the increase in engagement and learning outcomes of students of class XI TB5 in SMK PGRI 3 Denpasar in “Tata Hidangan” subjects that using the Picture and Picture learning model. This research is a classroom action research. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the picture and picture learning model can improve student activity and learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In the first cycle the average student learning engagement was 48.97% while in the second cycle it was 96.26%. Thus there was an increase in student activity by 47.29%. Learning outcomes in the first cycle of learning completeness averaged 76.36%, while in the second cycle 89.31%, an increase of 12.95%. The classical completeness in the first cycle reached an average percentage of 61.36% while in the second cycle got a score of 100%, an increase of 38.64%. In this study it can be concluded that the engagement and learning outcomes of the dishes in class XI TB5 students of SMK PGRI 3 Denpasar can be improved by using the picture and picture learning model.
