Abstract

ABSTRACT
Virtual tours can provide new travel experiences, although they cannot replace the tour experience if visiting tourist attractions directly, but can provoke the desire of participants to be able to tour directly as well as a promotional tool. The virtual tour was then developed for one of the tourist villages in Tabanan Regency, Bali, namely the Cau Belayu Tourism Village. Because it is included in the new technology used for tourism village promotion media, it is necessary to test the satisfaction or feedback from users of the virtual tour that was built. User satisfaction testing or user acceptance testing uses a questionnaire instrument with the tested variables, namely appearance, quality, information quality and functionality. The respondent selection method used is purposive sampling where the respondents are tourists as many as 30 people. The test results show that the test results for the display variable get a percentage value of 83.67% which falls into the category of strongly agree, so it can be concluded that respondents strongly agree that the menu naming is easy to understand and the system display is attractive and attractive. The results of testing the system quality variable get a percentage value of 84.33% which is included in the category of strongly agree, so it can be concluded that respondents strongly agree that the system is easy to understand and user friendly. The results of testing the information quality variable get a percentage value of 82.67% which falls into the category of strongly agree, so it can be concluded that respondents strongly agree that the information produced by the system is clear and according to user needs. The results of testing the system functionality variable get a percentage value of 85.67% which falls into the category of strongly agree, so it can be concluded that the respondents strongly agree that the menus and features on the system work well while helping users.

ABSTRAK
Virtual tour dapat memberikan pengalaman wisata baru meskipun belum dapat menggantikan pengalaman tur jika berkunjung ke tempat wisata secara langsung namun dapat memancing keinginan peserta untuk dapat melakukan tur secara langsung sekaligus alat promosi. Virtual tour kemudian dikembangkan untuk salah satu desa wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali yaitu Desa Wisata Cau Belayu. Karena termasuk dalam teknologi baru yang digunakan untuk media promosi desa wisata, maka diperlukan adanya pengujian terhadap kepuasaan atau feedback dari pengguna terhadap virtual tour yang dibangun. Pengujian kepuasan pengguna atau user acceptance testing menggunakan instrumen kuisioner dengan variabel yang diuji yaitu tampilan, kualitas, kualitas informasi dan fungsionalitas. Metode pemilihan responden yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dimana responden merupakan wisatawan sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian untuk variabel tampilan mendapatkan persentase nilai 83,67% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat setuju, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa responden sangat setuju penamaan menu mudah dipahami serta tampilan sistem menarik dan atraktif. Hasil pengujian variabel kualitas sistem mendapatkan persentase nilai 84,33% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat setuju, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa responden sangat setuju sistem mudah dipahami dan user friendly. Hasil pengujian variabel kualitas informasi mendapatkan persentase nilai 82,67% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat setuju, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa responden sangat setuju informasi yang dihasilkan sistem jelas dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengujian variabel fungsionalitas sistem mendapatkan persentase nilai 85,67% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat setuju, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa responden sangat setuju menu dan fitur pada sistem bekerja dengan baik sekaligus membantu pengguna.
