PREDIKSI PEMAKAIAN SPARE PART DENGAN ALGORITMA K-MEANS DI CV. XYZ

ABSTRACTSpare parts are essential for electronic devices such as TVs, air conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines, whose function is to help the machine's performance so that these electronic devices can be used properly. CV XYZ is a company engaged in the service of these electronic devices. One of the records is owned by CV. XYZ is a data service for a large number of customer electronic devices. Prediction of using spare parts during the service process is crucial. Predictions help management make decisions regarding spare parts inventory strategy. For this reason, an application system for predicting the use of spare parts is designed that can be used to analyze electronic device service data records in CV. XYZ. This spare parts usage prediction application utilizes input data from spare parts and service data. Both data are processed using the clustering method with the k-means algorithm. The application's output is in the form of patterns of the number of spare parts used during the service process for customer electronic devices per month. So with this application, CV. XYZ can arrange the types of spare parts that are more often needed during the service process for customer electronic devices.

ABSTRAK
Spare part merupakan suatu bagian penting dalam alat elektronik seperti TV, AC, kulkas, dan mesin cuci yang fungsinya membantu kinerja mesin agar alat elektronik tersebut dapat digunakan dengan baik. CV XYZ merupakan perusahan yang bergerak di bidang servis alat-alat elektronik tersebut. Salah satu catatan yang dimiliki oleh CV. XYZ adalah data servis alat elektronik customer yang jumlahnya banyak. Prediksi pemakaian spare part pada saat proses servis sangat penting. Prediksi membantu manajemen mengambil keputusan terkait strategi inventory spare part. Untuk itu dirancang suatu sistem aplikasi prediksi pemakaian spare part yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis catatan data servis alat elektronik di CV. XYZ. Aplikasi prediksi pemakaian spare part ini memanfaatkan data masukan berupa data spare part dan data servis. Kedua data diolah menggunakan metode clustering dengan algoritma k-means. Luaran dari aplikasi berupa pola-pola jumlah jenis spare part yang digunakan saat proses service alat elektronik costumer per bulan. Jadi dengan aplikasi ini, CV. XYZ bisa mengatur jenis spare part yang lebih sering diperlukan saat proses service alat elektronik customer.
