Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant changes to the creative industry, including graphic design, with applications such as Adobe Photoshop integrating AI features to automate the editing process.  This study aims to analyze the acceptance of AI features in Adobe Photoshop using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. This study identifies the main factors influencing users' acceptance of AI features, such as Perceived Creativity Enhancement (PCE) and Trust in AI (TAI) toward Attitude (ATT) and Behavioral Intention to Use (BI). The research method used is quantitative, involving an online survey of members of graphic design groups on Facebook and other social media platforms. The results show that users who feel more creative and trust the AI tend to have a positive attitude toward using these features. This positive attitude encourages them to continue using and recommending the AI tools. In conclusion, creativity and trust are key factors that support the use of AI features in design work.
