The rapid development of blockchain technology and the growing popularity of cryptocurrencies in Indonesia have driven the adoption of various crypto trading applications, one of which is Indodax. However, user acceptance of the application still faces several challenges, including perceived R, T issues, and interface complexity. This study aims to measure user acceptance of the Indodax application using the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (eTAM), which includes seven constructs: Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), ATU Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU), Actual Use (AU), T (T), and R (R). A quantitative approach was applied using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 420 active Indodax users. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to examine the relationships among constructs. The findings indicate that PEOU, PU, and T significantly influence users’ ATUs and intentions to use the application, while R has a negative effect on both T and ATU. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing user T and minimizing perceived R to foster sustained adoption. The implications of this study can inform developers of crypto applications in designing more user-friendly, secure, and Tworthy platforms.
