PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA DENPASAR

Abstract

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyse the influence of physical and leadership work environment on the spirit of work to improve the performance of employees of Bhayangkara Hospital Denpasar. The population in this research is the employees of Bhyangkara Denpasar Hospital. Sampling techniques are proportional sampling. This research sample amounted to 99 person The primary Data of research was collected through questionnaires disseminated to research respondents. Secondary Data is derived from documentation, literature studies, and previous research related to research materials. The collected Data is then analyzed statistically using the path analysis or path analysis through SPSS program version 17.00. Based on the results of the analysis found that 1) physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the employee's working spirit; 2) leadership positively and significantly influence the employee's working spirit; 3) the working spirit of positive and significant impact on employee performance; 4) physical work environment negatively and insignificant to the employee's performance; 5) leadership of positive and significant influence on the employee performance of Bhayangkara hospital Denpasar; 6) the employee's morale can positively imradiate the indirect influence between the physical work environment and the employee's performance; and 7) the employee's morale can effectively and positively process the indirect influence between the leadership of the employee's performance at Bhayangkara Hospital Denpasar.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan kepemimpinan terhadap semangat kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Denpasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah Sakit Bhyangkara Denpasar. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proportional sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 99 orang. Data primer penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden penelitian. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi, studi kepustakaan, dan penelitian terdahulu yang ada kaitannya dengan bahan penelitian. Data yang telah terkumpul tersebut lalu dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan analisis jalur atau path analysis melalui program SPSS versi 17.00. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menemukan bahwa: 1) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan; 2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan; 3) semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 4) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 5) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Denpasar; 6) semangat kerja pegawai dapat memediasi secara positif pengaruh tak langsung antara lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan 7) semangat kerja pegawai dapat memediasi secara positif pengaruh tak langsung antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Denpasar.
