PENGARUH MANAJEMEN MUTU DAN MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN ORGANISASI DAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan model integrasi manajemen mutu dan manajemen pengetahuan dalam melandasi pembelajaran organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada seluruh hotel berbintang di Provinsi Bali berdasarkan data BPS tahun 2013, yaitu sebanyak 218 unit, sedangkan sampel penelitian ditentukan sebesar 25 persen atau sebanyak 55 unit dengan menggunakan metode disproportionate sampling. Unit análisis pada penelitian ini adalah hotel (perusahaan) dengan menempatkan general manager atau manager masing- masig hotel sebagai responden. Data survey yang diperoleh, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis variance dengan software Smart-PLS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mutu ternyata bukan sebagai dasar penerapan pembelajaran organisasi. Namun, pelaksanaan manajemen mutu yang baik dapat memberikan dampak langsung peningkatan kinerja hotel berbintang di Bali. Lain halnya penerapan manajemen pengetahuan yang terbukti secara empiris sebagai penentu peningkatan kinerja hotel berbintang di Bali, baik langsung maupun tak langsung melalui mediasi pembelajaran organisasi. Bagaimanapun, pelaksanaan manajemen pengetahuan yang mendasari penerapan pembelajaran organisasi memberikan dampak besar dalam meraih keunggulan kompetitif, sehingga kinerja hotel berbintang di Bali menjadi semakin meningkat.
