KONTRIBUSI SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH, MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DAN IKLIM KERJA ORGANISASI TERHADAP PROFISIONALISME GURU SMK PGRI 1 BADUNG

Abstract

ABSTRACT
Education plays a very important role in producing qualified human resources. The role of a
teacher as an educator in learning process cannot be separated from teacher professionalism.
One of the supporting factors of teacher professionalism is the headmaster supervision, the
provided motivation and good work climate. The research was conducted (1) to find out the
effect of the variable of headmastersupervision towards the teachers professionalism of SMK
PGRI I Badung;(2) to find out the effect of variable motivation to the best achievement
towards teacher professionalism of SMK PGRI N I Badung; and (3) to find out the effect of
variable of working climate towards teacher professionalism of SMK PGRI I Badung. This
research applied multiple linear regression analysis using the formula of t-test supported by
SPSS program for window version 17.00. The population of the research are all 60 teachers of
SMK PGRI I Badung. The samples are drawn using census which are 60 persons. The outcome of
the research shows that (1) the headmaster supervision has a positive and significant effect
towards working professionalismof SMK PGRI I Badung; (2) motivationhas a positive and
significant effect towards working professionalism of SMK PGRI I Badung; (3) organisation work
climate has a positive and significant effecttowards working professionalism of SMK PGRI I
Badung.

ABSTRAK
Pendidikan memegang peranan sangat penting dalam menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang
berkualitas. Peranan guru sebagai pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran tidak dapat dipisahkan
dari profesionalisme guru. Salah satu faktor pendukung dari profesionalisme guru adalah
supervisi Kepala sekolah, motivasi yang diberikan dan iklim kerja yang kondusif. Penelitian ini
dilakukan dengan tujuan; 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel supervisi Kepala Sekolah
terhadap profisionalisme guru SMK PGRI 1 Badung, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel
motivasi berprestasi terhadap profisionalisme guru SMK PGRI 1 Badung, dan 3) Untuk
mengetahui pengaruh variabel iklim kerja terhadap profisionalisme guru SMK PGRI 1 Badung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis legresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan analisis uji t yang
dibantu dengan program SPSS for window versi 17.00. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah guru di
SMK PGRI 1 Badung yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik
sensusdengan jumlah 60 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Supervisi Kepala
Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Profesionalisme Kinerja guru di SMK PGRI
1 Badung, 2) Motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme
kinerja guru di SMK PGRI 1 Badung, 3) Iklim kerja organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan
terhadap profesionalisme kinerja guru di SMK PGRI 1 Badung.
