Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, employee empowerment and organizational support partially and simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at Villa The Santai Umalas Bali. The population uses the employees of Villa The Santai Umalas Bali and a sample of 41 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial Correlation Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, F Test and t Test. From the research results, it can be seen that: (1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, where the t-count is 2.775, t-table is 2.026, the regression coefficient is 0.352 and the significance is 0.009. (2) employee empowerment has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, where the t-count is 2.338, t-table is 2.026, the regression coefficient is 0.458 and the significance is 0.025. (3) organizational support has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, where the t-count is 2.943, t-table is 2.026, the regression coefficient is 0.681 and the significance is 0.006. (4) Simultaneously leadership style, employee empowerment and organizational support have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, where the f-count value is 21.909, f-table 2.86, the regression equation is Y = -0.045 + 0.352X1 + 0.458X2 + 0.681X3 and a significance of 0.000. The magnitude of the influence of independent variables on employee job satisfaction is 61.1.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pemberdayaan karyawan dan dukungan organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Villa The Santai Umalas Bali. Populasi menggunakan karyawan Villa The Santai Umalas Bali dan sampel sebanyak 41 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Anaisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Korelasi Parsial, Analisis Korelasi Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji t. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa : (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,775, t-tabel 2,026, nilai koefisien regresi 0,352 dan signifikansi 0,009. (2) pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,338, t-tabel 2,026, nilai koefisien regresi 0,458 dan signifikansi 0,025. (3) dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,943, t-tabel 2,026, nilai koefisien regresi 0,681 dan signifikansi 0,006. (4) secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan, pemberdayaan karyawan dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai f-hitung 21,909, f-tabel 2,86, persamaan regresi sebesar Y = -0,045 + 0,352X1 + 0,458X2 + 0,681X3 dan signifikansi 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah 61,1%.
