PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA DALAM BAYANGAN SATPOL PP & PECALANG (STUDI KASUS DI KOTAMADYA DENPASAR)

ABSTRACT
Street vendors in the city of Denpasar thrives as a result of the lack of
absorption of labor in the formal sector. The study was conducted to street
vendors in Denpasar through research grounded approach to the accidental
sample. The results found that street vendors find it under the shadow of
Satpol PP and Pecalang because during - the time could be threatened by Satpol
PP and Pecalang form of verbal abuse and physical violence. Another finding is
the absence of the law on street vendors and development performed by the
City of Denpasar or Pakraman Desa Adat against street vendors, the lack of
guidance to municipal regulations and Pecalang to reduce verbal violence and
physical violence against street vendors. From the results of the research
findings it is recommended that the City of London to make a legal product on
the arrangement of street vendors and distributed to every street vendors,
especially regarding the rights and obligations of street vendors in the city of
Denpasar and the building of a harmonious relationship through regular guidance
to street vendors, Satpol PP and Pecalang.
