Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence between leadership style and communication on employee performance at Best Western Resort Kuta. This study uses questionnaires in collecting data, the number of respondents used as many as 56 people (population research). Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results showed there was a significant positive influence of leadership style on employee performance at Best Western Resort Kuta. With a value of t count of 3.296 with a significance value of 0.02.Ada positive significant effect of communication on employee performance at Best Western Resort Kuta. With a t value of 5.446 with a significance value of 0.00.Ada significant simultaneous influence of leadership style and communication to employee performance at Best Western Resort Kuta. With the value of F arithmetic of 18.302 with a significance value of 0.00.Comunikasi is the dominant variabel that affects the performance of employees at Best Western Resort Kuta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh parsial dan simultan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Best Western Resort Kuta. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan data, jumlah responden yang digunakan sebanyak 56 orang (populasi penelitian). Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Best Western Resort Kuta. Dengan nilai t hitung 3,296 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,02. Adanya pengaruh signifikan positif komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Best Western Resort Kuta. Dengan nilai t 5,446 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00. Adanya pengaruh simultan yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Best Western Resort Kuta. Dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 18,302 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00. Komunikasi merupakan variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Best Western Resort Kuta.
