ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KELENGKAPAN RINGKASAN MASUK DAN KELUAR PASIEN RAWAT INAP TERHADAP ASPEK HUKUM DI RUMAH SAKIT ARI CANTI GIANYAR

ABSTRACT

A summary of the patient's entry and exit is the initial sheet of a medical record document containing information about the patient's identity, how to receive patients, and a summary of patient data. From a preliminary study at the Ari Canti Hospital in Gianyar in January-March 2018, the researchers found in January the total number of incompleteness was 99(12,7%), in February incompleteness totaled 81(10,2%), in March incompleteness totaled 97(10,8%). This study aimed to determine the influence of patient identity , evidence of patient data records and authentication of legal aspects in Ari Canti Gianyar Hospital. The research design used was quantitative analytic descriptive with cross sectional approach. The number of samples used was 267 medical records. Data obtained by observation and checklist. The analysis used was univariate test and bivariate test with chi square. Based on the results of chi square, the variables that influence the legal aspects were the identity of the patient with p = 0.003, evidence of data records of patients with p = 0.000 and authentication with the value of p = 0.001.From the results of the research obtained, it can be concluded that there is an influence of patient identity, evidence of patient data records, and authentication toward the legal aspects in Ari Canti Gianyar Hospital.

ABSTRAK

Ringkasan masuk dan keluar pasien adalah lembaran awal dokumen rekam medis yang berisikan informasi tentang identitas pasien, cara penerimaan pasien, ringkasan data pasien. Dari studi pendahuluan di Rumah Sakit Ari Canti Gianyar pada bulan Januari-Maret 2018, peneliti menemukan pada bulan Januari ketidakengkapan berjumlah 99(12,7%), pada bulan Februari ketidaklengkapan berjumlah 81(10,2), pada bulan Maret ketidaklengkapan berjumlah 97(10,8). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui pengaruh identitas pasien, bukti rekaman data pasien dan autentifikasi terhadap aspek hukum di Rumah Sakit Ari Canti Gianyar. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 267 rekam medis. Data diperoleh dengan cara observasi dan chec klist. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji univariat dan uji bivariat dengan chi square. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap aspek hukum adalah identitas pasien dengan nilai p=0,003, bukti rekaman data pasien dengan nilai p=0,000 dan autentifikasi dengan niai p=0,001. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa terdapat pengaruh identitas pasien, bukti rekaman data pasien, autentifikasi terhadap aspek hukum di Rumah Sakit Ari Canti Gianyar.
