Pengaruh Price to Book Value (PBV), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Harga Saham PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk Periode 2016-2020

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Price to Book Value, Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Harga Saham PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk Tahun 2016 sampai Tahun 2020. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data yang telah ada dan bersifat angka. Teknik pemilihan data yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan pada PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. dengan sampel laporan keuangan pada PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk mengenai PBV, NPM, ROE dan DER per kuartal mulai dari Tahun 2016 sampai 2020. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah rasio PBV secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Harga saham, sedangkan rasio yang lain yaitu NPM, ROE dan DER secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan seluruh rasio memengaruhi harga saham secara signifikan.
Abstract
The research was conducted to know the effect of Price to Book Value, Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio on the Stock Price of PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk from 2016 to 2020. In this research, the data used is secondary data that is quantitative. The data selection technique used is a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. with a sample of financial statements at PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk regarding PBV, NPM, ROE and DER per quarter from 2016 to 2020. The results obtained in this study are the ratio PBV partially had a significant positive effect on stock prices, while the other ratios of NPM, ROE, and DER partially had no positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, all ratios significantly affected stock prices.
