Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, reward, dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Santika Seminyak Bali dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian melibatkan sampel sebanyak 40 orang, menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial kompensasi (X1) dan reward (X2) memberikan pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi b1X1 yang bernilai positif sebesar 0,107 ; b2X2 = 0,076 dengan t – test X1= 0,681 dan X2 ­= 0,499. Secara parsial punishment (X3) memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi b3X3 sebesar 0,961 dan t – test = 3,400. Secara simultan kompensasi, reward, dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) di Hotel Santika Seminyak Bali. Hal ini dipertegas dengan uji F (F-Test = 15,508) dimana Fhitung = 15,508 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan  Ftabel = 2,87 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, reward, and punishment on employee performance at Hotel Santika Seminyak Bali by using quantitative methods. The study involved a sample of 40 people, using the saturated sampling method. The results showed that partially compensation (X1) and reward (X2) had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance with a positive regression coefficient b1X1 = 0.107 ; b2X2= 0.076  with t – test of X1 = 0.681 and X2 = 0.499 . While, punishment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of b3X3 of 0.961 and t-test = 3.400. Simultaneously compensation, reward, and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Hotel Santika Seminyak Bali. It is confirmed by the F test where Fcount = 15.508 is greater than Ftable = 2.87 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
