Pengaruh Model Sehat Mental Diabetes Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Gula Darah dan Kecemasan pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe II Peserta Prolanis Kota Denpasar

Abstract
Diabetes Melitus (DM) adalah salah satu penyakit kronis yang semakin meningkat prevalensinya di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Model Sehat Mental Diabetes (SEMADI) merupakan pengelolaan diabetes melitus yakni mengintegrasikan aspek psikologis dan fisik, dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki kesejahteraan mental pasien dan membantu mereka dalam mengelola stres, kecemasan, serta memperbaiki kontrol gula darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara penerapan model SEMADI dalam pengelolaan diabetes melitus dengan penurunan kadar gula darah serta kecemasan pada pasien. Kelompok intervensi yang diberikan Model SEMADI terjadi penurunan kecemasan signifikan secara statistik dengan p value 0,0001 (p value < 0,05) sehingga terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara sebelum dilakukan intervensi dengan setelah dilakukan intervensi. Kadar gula darah kelompok intervensi terjadi penurunan signifikan secara statistik dengan nilai p value 0,012 (p value < 0,05) sehingga terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara sebelum dilakukan intervensi dengan setelah dilakukan intervensi. Implementasi Model Sehat Mental Diabetes (SEMADI) efektif menurunkan kecemasan pada peserta Prolanis DMT2 lebih baik dibandingkan pemberian Prolanis konvensional. Implementasi Model Sehat Mental Diabetes (SEMADI) mengendalikan kadar gula darah pada peserta Prolanis DMT2 lebih baik dibandingkan pemberian Prolanis konvensional.
