Abstract

Rumah Singgah Pengobatan merupakan tempat yang memfasilitasi para pasien dan pendamping yang dalam hal ini yaitu keluarga pasien dengan pelayanan yang diharapkan dapat secara optimal memberikan pelayanan, khususnya pelayanan dalam bentuk penguatan emosional. Pelayanan Psikedukasi saat ini menjadi hal yang cukup memberikan dampak yang sangat positif dalam membantu pelayanan psikologis, dengan berbagai masalah seperti stress, kecemasan, putus asa, ketidakberdayaan. Tujuan program ini memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi pengurus untuk mewujudkan layanan psikedukasi. Metode implementasi meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi pengurus dalam memberikan bimbingan edukasi dan penguatan. Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan bimbingan edukasi dan penguatan yang dirasakan oleh pengurus yang dapat diterapkan kepada pasien dan pendamping pasien.
