Abstract
Permasalahan warga Desa Wisata Blimbingsari yang menjadi prioritas untuk dipecahkan adalah minimnya pengetahuan tentang pentingnya hygiene dan sanitasi, serta rendahnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan penataan hidangan. Masalah lainnya yang segera menjadi prioritas adalah rendahnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan penataan kamar atau akomodasi yang telah dikelola oleh kelompok masyarakat di desa tersebut. Setelah menjadi menjadi Desa Wisata, banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh desa tersebut khususnya yang berhubungan aspek pemasaran, penataan akomodasi, dan penataan kuliner. Kelompok usaha jasa akomodasi yang telah ada di desa tersebut sangat memerlukan adanya pendampingan terhadap manajemen tata graha berupa penataan akomodasi yang sesuai dengan harapan wisatawan, namun tetap bernuansa perdesaan serta sesuai dengan kemampuan penyediaan akomodasi kelompok usaha jasa akomodasi yang ada di Desa Wisata Blimbingsari. Hasil dari pendampingan pada kedua kelompok usaha tersebut adalah terjadinya peningkatan kinerja kelompok yang mampu menyediakan layanan akomodasi dan kuliner yang sesuai dengan harapan wisatawan, baik dari aspek hygiene, sanitasi, budaya setempat. Tingkat kunjungan wisatawan ke Desa Wisata tersebut semakin meningkat seiring mudahnya mendapatkan informasi tentang keunikan dan daya tarik desa, akomodasi, dan paket wisata yang disediakan oleh warga desa. Penelusuran tentang berbagai informasi dapat di lihat dari youtube, traveloka, booking, dan tentunya dari website/blog tentang Desa Wisata Blimbingsari.

ABSTRACT
The problem of the Blimbingsari Tourism Village that was a priority in this project was the lack of knowledge about the hygiene and sanitation, as well as the knowledge and skills in plating and service of dishes. Another immediate priority issue was the increase level of knowledge and skills of arranging rooms or accommodation that has been managed by the community groups in the village. After being designated as a tourist village, Blimbingsari face many obstacles particularly related to aspects of marketing, accommodation arrangement, and culinary arrangement. The existing accommodation service business group in the village is in need of assistance to the management of accommodation arrangement in accordance with the expectations of tourists, but still the nuances of the village and in accordance with the ability of accommodation services in Blimbingsari Tourism Village. The result of the assistance in both units was the improvement of group performance that is able to provide accommodation and culinary services in accordance with the expectations of tourists, from aspects of hygiene, and sanitation. The level of tourist visits to the Tourism Village of Blimbingsari is increasing as it is easy to get information about the uniqueness and attractiveness of villages, accommodation, and tour packages provided by villagers. Search information about Tourism Village of Blimbingsari can be viewed from youtube, traveloka, booking, and of course from the website / blog as some resuts of solving of problem of the Blimbingsari Tourism Village.
