Abstract
ABSTRAK
Seorang guru dituntut membuat karya tulis khususnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). PTK berguna untuk menyeimbangkan antara karier dan profesionalitas guru, karena itu guru harus dapat membuat karya tulis secara baik dan benar. Melalui PTK, guru juga dapat meneliti di kelasnya sendiri dengan tujuan memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran. Namun pada kenyataannya, masih banyak guru-guru yang merasa kesulitan dalam memenuhi tuntutan tersebut. Hasil identifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, ditemukan: (a) kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya menulis karya ilmiah bagi guru; (b) kurang memahami sistematika penulisan PTK; dan (c) sebagian guru belum pernah membuat PTK. Tim PKM menawarkan solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut antara lain, memberikan penyuluhan kepada guru tentang pentingnya menulis karya ilmiah, memberikan penyuluhan kepada guru tentang sistematika penulisan PTK, dan memberikan pelatihan membuat PTK. Target luaran yang dicapai dalam PKM adalah jurnal ber-ISSN dan makalah hasil pelatihan di TK Tunjung Mekar. Besar harapan bahwa pelatihan PTK dapat menumbuhkan keinginan dari guru untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran didalam kelas.

ABSTRACT
A teacher is demanded to write a paper particularly regarding Classroom Action Research (CAR). CAR is valuable for balancing the career and professionalism of the teachers, therefore the teachers must be able to write a paper properly and correctly. Through CAR, the teacher also can research in the classroom to amend the quality of teaching. Nevertheless in reality, there are still numerous teachers who find it tough to accomplish these demands. The results of the identification of problems faced by partners were found: (a) lack of understanding of the importance of writing paper for teachers, (b) lack of understanding of the systematic writing of CAR, and (c) some teachers had never made CAR. The CPP team offers solutions to overcome these problems, namely, providing workshop to teachers about the importance of writing papers, providing workshop to teachers about the systematic writing of CAR, and providing training to make CAR. The output targets achieved in CPP are ISSN journals and training papers at Tunjung Mekar Kindergarten. The expectation is that PTK training can foster the desire of teachers to improve the quality of learning in the classroom.
