Abstract

ABSTRACT
This research had analyzed the effect of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and the work environment to employees performance at the Grand Inna Kuta Hotel. The sample in this research totalled 144 employees were analyzed by using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, partial correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the determination, and hypotheses test using the SPSS 23 program. The results of validity test of the instruments showed that all were above 0.3 and the results of reliability test by Cronbach's Alpha values that all were above 0.60. The partial correlation test of each variable had different effects, where intrinsic and extrinsic motivation had positive and low effect while the work environment had positive and strong. Multiple correlation analysis showed that there were very strong and positive correlation simultaneously between intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and the work environment to employees performance. The significant value from multiple linear regression analysis in all regression coefficients were below 5% (0.05), which means that there is a significant relation between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Based on the analysis of determination coefficient, the three independent variables contributed 83,6% against the employees performance. Based on the results of the t-test and the F-test showed that there were positive and significant effects both partially and simultaneously between intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and the work environment to the employees performance of the Grand Inna Kuta Hotel.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisa tentang pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Grand Inna Kuta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 144 orang karyawan yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi parsial, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 23. Hasil pengujian validitas menyatakan bahwa semua instrument berada di atas 0,3, dari hasil pengujian reliabilitas dengan menggunakan nilai Cronbach's Alpha yang berada di atas 0,60. Uji korelasi parsial masing-masing varibael memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda, di mana motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ektrinsik berpengaruh positif dan rendah sedangkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan kuat. Hasil analisis korelasi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi positif dan sangat kuat secara simultan antara motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai signifikansi analisis regresi linier berganda dari semua

koefisien regresi berada di bawah 5% (0,05), yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Berdasarkan analisis koefesien determinasi, ketiga variabel independen berkontribusi sebesar 83,6% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil t-test dan F-test menunjukkan benar adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan antara motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Grand Inna Kuta.
