ANALISIS PENGARUH KELENGKAPAN PENGISIAN INFORMED CONSENT PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP TERHADAP ASPEK HUKUM REKAM MEDIS DI RSUD PROVINSI NUSA TENGGARA BARAT

ABSTRACT

Informed consent is an agreement given by the patient or their family after obtaining a complete explanation of the medical action that would be taken. Based on the preliminary observations regarding to the inpatients informed consent incompleteness, there were 32 (12.5%) authentication results, 82 (32.3%) important reports and 95 (37.1%) documentation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the authentication, important reports and correct documentation of the medical record’s legal aspects in Nusa Tenggara Barat General Hospital. The research design applied quantitative analytic descriptive with cross sectional research. The population in this study taken from 256 informed consent forms as well as the sample of this study. The results of this study indicate there were some influence of inpatient informed consent filling completeness such as authentication with p = 0,000, important reports with p = 0,000 and correct documentation p = 0,000 on the medical records legal aspects. The conclusion of this study, there was an influence between the inpatient informed consent filling completeness towards the medical record’s legal aspects in Nusa Tenggara Barat General Hospital.

ABSTRAK

Informed consent merupakan persetujuan yang diberikan oleh pasien atau keluarga terdekatnya setelah mendapatkan penjelasan secara lengkap mengenai tindakan kedokteran yang akan dilakukan. Berdasarkan observasi pendahuluan mengenai ketidaklengkapan informed consent pada pasien rawat inap, didapatkan hasil pada autentikasi berjumlah 32 (12,5%), laporan penting berjumlah 82 (32,3%), dan pendokumentasian berjumlah 95 (37,1%). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh autentifikasi, laporan penting, dan pendokumentasian yang benar terhadap aspek hukum rekam medis di RSUD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 256 formulir informed consent dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kelengkapan pengisian informed consent pasien rawat inap yaitu autentifikasi dengan nilai p = 0,000, laporan penting dengan nilai p = 0,000 dan pendokumentasian yang benar p = 0,000 terhadap aspek hukum rekam medis di RSUD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh antara kelengkapan pengisian informed consent pasien rawat inap terhadap aspek hukum rekam medis di RSUD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat.
