EFEKTIFITAS SISTEM INTEROPERABILITAS BERBASIS WEB DI RUMAH SAKIT TINGKAT II UDAYANA DENPASAR

Abstract

ABSTRACT
Udayana Denpasar Hospital is a hospital that organizes RL3 reporting services that have not been computerized. The information reporting system is still manually recaped by officers. The purpose of the research is to know the effectiveness of using web-based interoperability systems to speed up the reporting process conducted by officers in hospitals.
The research design uses the Pre Experimental Design method with the design of One Group PreTest – PostTest Design. The method of system development is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Programming languages use Perl Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and databases used by My Structure Query Language (MySQL).
The usability test results on the system meet the usability standard of 73,11% or can be classified "Good". The paired t test resulted in a significant value of 0.005. Results of 0.005 < 0.05 can be a significant influence before and after use. With the use of Interoperability System can reduce delays in collecting reports, which is an increase of 33.3%.
The conclusion of this study is the use of web-based interoperability systems successfully assisting officers in speeding up the reporting process as evidenced by the results of usability tests and paired t test tests.

ABSTRAK
Rumah Sakit Tingkat II Udayana Denpasar adalah rumah sakit yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan pelaporan RL3 yang belum terkomputerisasi. Sistem pelaporan informasi masih direkap secara manual oleh petugas. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan sistem interoperabilitas berbasis web untuk mempercepat proses pelaporan yang dilakukan petugas di Rumah Sakit.
Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode Pre Experimental Design dengan rancangan One Grup PreTest – PostTest Design. Metode pengembangan sistem adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Bahasa pemrograman menggunakan Perl Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) dan database yang digunakan My Structure Query Language (MySQL).
Hasil pengujian usability pada sistem memenuhi standar usability yaitu 73,11% atau dapat diklasifikasikan “Baik” . Hasil uji paired t test telah menghasilkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005. Hasil 0,005 < 0,05 dapat disimpukan adanya pengaruh signifikan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan. Dengan adanya penggunaan Sistem Interoperabilitas dapat mengurangi keterlambatan dalam mengumpulkan laporan, yakni meningkat sebanyak 33,3%.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini penggunaan sistem interoperabilitas berbasis web berhasil membantu petugas dalam mempercepat proses pelaporan yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji usability dan uji paired t test.
