Trend sosial media merambah semua kalangan usia telah mampu meningkatkan kunjungan daya Tarik wisatawan ke Desa Wanagiri, Buleleng. Usaha memperkenalkan dusun Yeh Ketipat di Kecamatan Sukasada Buleleng yang didukung masyarakat dan pemerintah Kabupaten mengedepankan konsep sapta pesona melalui swafoto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan karakteristik wisatawan dan potensi dusun Yeh Ketipat sebagai atraksi swafoto.
Karakteristik wisatawan dikelompokan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, tingkat usia, pekerjaan, daerah asal, dan frekeuensi kunjungan menunjukkan bahwa 70% wisatawan adalah perempuan, 60% berusia 15-34 tahun, 30% berusia 35-59, dan sisanya beusia diatas 60 tahun. Terdapat 53.3% wisatawan mancanegara maupun domestik adalah pelajar yang berasal dari Denpasar 40% dan 30% dari Korea. 53.3% wisatawan berkunjung maksimal 3 kali. Potensi wisata alam Desa Wanagiri karena keindahan pemandangan Danau Tamblingan dan Danau Buyan dan dukungan masyarakat dalam menjaga keindahan dan keamanan peralatan yang digunakan swa-foto telah memberikan keindahan, kenyamanan, dan hasil foto yang tidak bisa didapatkan di tempat lain sehingga kunjungan wisatawan terus meningkat.
ABSTRACT
Social media is a trend that able to increase number of visitor to Wanagiri Village in Buleleng regency. The effort of promoting Yeh Ketipat Village in Sukasada Buleleng is fully supported by local community and government of Regency by implementing “sapta pesona” concept through Selfie activity. This research aims to identify the visitors characteristic and what are the potentials of Yeh Ketipat village as an attraction for Selfie activity.
Visitor characteristic are grouped based on gender, age, occupation, origin, and frequency of visit. The findings shows that 70% visitors are female, 60% are aged between 15 to 34 years, 30% are 35 to 39 years old, and the rest are 60’s and above. 53.3%. Lokal and international visitors shows that 40% are students from Denpasar and 30% from Korean tourist. 53.3% are visiting the location maximum 3 times. Wanagiri Village has big natural potential from scenic view of Tamblingan and Buyan Lake and it supported by community in order to maintain the safety and the beauty that is used for selfie activity that is not provided by other places.
