The Influence of Leadership, Job Training, and Motivation on Employee Performance at Alila Seminyak Hotel

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of leadership, job training, and motivation on employee performance. This study was conducted at Alila Seminyak Hotel. The study involved a sample of 78 employees from Alila Seminyak Hotel. The data analysis techniques included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial Correlation Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, F-test, and t-test using SPSS 25.0 software. Based on the results and data analysis, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the calculated tvalue = 2.195 was greater than the ttable value = 1.665 with a significance level of 0.031 < 0.05, thus H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted; job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the calculated tvalue = 3.188 was greater than the ttable value = 1.665 with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, thus H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted; motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, where the calculated tvalue = 2.767 was greater than the ttable value = 1.665 with a significance level of 0.007 < 0.05, thus H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted; and simultaneously leadership, job training, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, where the calculated Fvalue = 62.846 compared to the Ftable value = 2.73 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus H0 was rejected and H4 was accepted.
