SISTEM PEMANTAUAN PERMINTAAN PEMBELIAN PADA DIVISI GENERAL AFFAIR BERBASIS WEBSITE DI PT. MITRA PRODIN

ABSTRACT
Purchase Request Monitoring System in the General Affair Division Website Based at PT. Mitra Prodin is a system designed to facilitate the General Affairs Administration in monitoring a purchase request from each division in the company. The constraints of the system are still using the Microsoft Excel application causing the data can not be grouped and sorted correctly, so it is necessary to build a system that has a database and based on the website. The making of this website-based system uses data collection by observation in the General Affairs division admin, interviewing the field supervisor in a closed, literature study that supports problem solving and a structured approach to the software designer along with testing the software. The software used to build this system is using PHP, MySQL and the Codeigniter Framework.

Sistem Pemantauan Permintaan Pembelian Pada Divisi General Affair Berbasis Website Di PT. Mitra Prodin merupakan suatu sistem yang dirancang untuk memudahkan pihak admin General Affair dalam memantau suatu permintaan pembelian dari setiap divisi diperusahaan. Kendala sistem masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft excel menyebabkan data belum dapat dikelompokan dan dipilah dengan benar, sehingga diperlukan dibangun sistem yang memiliki basis data dan berbasis website.Pembuatan sistem berbasis website ini menggunakan cara pengumpulan data dengan observasi di divisi admin General Affair , mewawancara pembimbing lapangan secara tertiutup, studi literature yang mendukung penyelesaian masalah serta pendekatan terstrukur untuk perancang perangkat lunaknya disertai juga pengujian perangkat lunaknya. Software yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini yaitu menggunakan PHP, MySQL dan Framework Codeigniter.
